+111.7% organic revenue for a Shopify beauty store.
A professional lash and brow supply store had real demand but a wide, shallow index. Consolidating duplicate URLs and rebuilding relevance moved it from page four to page one, and more than doubled organic revenue.

Results
Six months before the engagement vs. the six most recent complete months. Total site revenue grew 48.8% over the same window, so organic grew at more than twice the rate of the business.
The problem
Real demand, buried in the index.
- 2,905 keywords sat at position 51 or worse: 131,332 impressions and just 14 clicks in six months.
- Only 572 keywords ranked in the top 10. Four in five impressions came from positions nobody clicks.
- Shopify served the same products through multiple collection paths, creating hundreds of near-identical URLs that split relevance.
- High-intent pages were buried: technician certification at position 65, the professional lashes collection at 57.
The insight
Information gain, not word count.
The usual response to thousands of keywords stuck past page five is to write more. Information-gain scoring, which measures what a page adds beyond the pages already ranking, pointed the other way. The catalogue didn't need more words. It needed fewer URLs, each with a distinct job.
Duplicate paths were consolidated first, relevance was rebuilt on the URLs worth keeping, and only then did new content and link building follow.

| Professional lashes collection | 57.3 | 3.0 | 33 | 68 |

| Flagship adhesive product* | 33.3 | 5.3 | 192 | 152 |
*Organic clicks dipped because paid search moved onto the same query and absorbed clicks. The page itself climbed 28 positions.
The Bing finding
A Bing session was worth about 3.6× a Google one.
Bing drove 8.4% of organic sessions but 24.6% of organic revenue, because professional buyers order supplies from work machines where Bing is the default. Setting up Bing Webmaster Tools took minutes; the technical consolidation paid out on both engines.

Beyond last click
Organic is bringing in new customers.
Every revenue figure above is last-click. Measured at first touch, organic looks even stronger: it is introducing new customers faster than it is closing sales for existing ones, the opposite of a purely brand-driven result. Of the revenue organic introduced, 29.8% later closed through email, direct or paid, which those channels got the credit for.
